The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all of our cloud hosting plans, will help you forward any e-mail in the account to a different one without difficulty. You can do this either throughout the creation of a brand new mailbox or at any time later if you choose that you will need this function. During the process, you'll be able to choose if you prefer a duplicate of the email messages to be kept on the server. This way, you'll have a backup and you will prevent the probability to lose an e-mail if the forwarding is to an external address, that's temporarily inaccessible. This option can be enabled and deactivated whenever you want, but if you use emails for essential matters, it is far better to use it, because no data of the e-mails are kept on the server if the option is not active. Any time you decide that you don't need forwarding any more, it takes only a click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address located in our system can be very easy in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company and it will not require you more than a few clicks to set up. This can be done from the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to monitor the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the messages will be sent with a glance. The feature can be enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a valuable option that we offer - a backup of the emails being sent through our system can stay on the server. By doing this, you will always have a backup copy of your incoming e-mail messages and you will not have to concern yourself with losing any information. In case you have this feature disabled, you risk losing e-mails when there is an issue with the remote email address.
